Privacy Policy

Last updated August 17, 2026

The short version: Possible has no accounts and no server of its own. What you read, write, and set stays in the app on your iPhone. We do not collect it, we cannot see it, and there is no analytics or advertising code in the app.

This policy covers the Possible iPhone app (com.getpossible.app), published byMT App Studio. It also explains the one case where information does leave your device: buying a subscription.

What stays on your device

The app stores the following in its own storage on your iPhone. None of it is transmitted to us:

  • Which collections you have opened and completed, and where you are in a session.
  • Anything you write in a reflection or notice.
  • Your answers to the check-in that assembles a session for how you are feeling.
  • Your settings, including reminder times and days, and whether onboarding is done.
  • Whether your subscription is currently active, so the app works offline.

Because there is no copy anywhere else, deleting the app deletes this information. If you want to keep it, do not delete the app.

What the app does not do

  • No account, sign-in, email address, or password.
  • No analytics, product measurement, or session recording of any kind.
  • No advertising, ad identifiers, or App Tracking Transparency prompt — nothing here tracks you across apps or websites.
  • No selling or sharing of personal information. There is nothing collected to sell.
  • No access to your contacts, photos, location, microphone, camera, or health data.
  • No social features, so nothing you write is ever visible to another person.

Affirmation content is offline

Every affirmation and collection ships inside the app. Reading a session does not make a network request, which is why it works in airplane mode — and why we could not log what you read even if we wanted to.

Reminders

If you turn reminders on, your iPhone schedules those notifications itself and holds the timer locally. There is no push server, so no reminder involves sending anything about you anywhere. You can revoke notification permission at any time in iOS Settings.

Subscriptions

Some collections are free and some require a subscription. If you subscribe:

  • Apple processes the payment. We never see or receive your card details, billing address, or Apple Account credentials. Apple’s handling of that transaction is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.
  • RevenueCat is the service we use to check and restore subscriptions. To do that it receives an anonymous identifier generated on your device, the App Store transaction receipt, and basic technical details such as device model, iOS version, app version, and store country. It does not receive your name, email address, or anything you have written in the app. We use it only to know whether your subscription is active — not to profile you or to advertise.

Legal basis, where the GDPR applies: this processing is necessary to provide the paid functionality you asked for. Manage or cancel a subscription in your iPhone’s App Store settings; refunds are handled by Apple.

Crash reports

We do not include a crash-reporting SDK. iOS itself may send aggregated, anonymous crash and performance data to Apple, which developers can view in App Store Connect. That is controlled by you in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements, and it does not contain the text of anything you have written.

Children

Possible is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by writing to our support address, email us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data — under the GDPR, the CCPA, or similar laws — apply to data a company holds about you. We hold none: there is no account and no database with your name in it. Your app data is in your own possession, and deleting the app erases it. For subscription records, contact Apple, who holds the purchase, or write to us and we will help.

Changes to this policy

If the app starts doing something this page does not describe, this page changes first, with a new date at the top. Material changes will also be noted in the app’s release notes.
