Meditation & mindfulness

One minute is a real session.

An unguided timer for sitting still. Pick a length, sit, and keep a quiet record of it. No narrator, no library to get through, nothing to subscribe to.

The session

Choose a length you will actually repeat

Start where returning tomorrow feels easy. Let the length follow the habit rather than lead it — a settled minute teaches more than nine minutes of struggle followed by deleting the app. Pick anything from 30 seconds to two hours; it starts on one minute.

What it keeps

A record, not a scoreboard

Every session counted

A running count of every session you have sat, with milestones along the way.

A streak that does not scold

It counts the days you planned to sit. Rest days on your schedule don’t break it, and if it resets, nothing you have done is lost.

A weekly pulse

The last seven days at a glance, so a thin week is visible without becoming a verdict.

Reflections, if you want them

A few lines after a session, if you feel like it, kept in the app on your phone. Always optional.

Reminders

On the days you chose, at the time you chose

Every day, weekdays, weekends, or a set of days you pick yourself, at a time you set. Your phone holds the schedule, so a reminder arrives even with no network.

What it gives you

Build calm into ordinary days

Questions

Before you download

Is there a guided voice?
No. Clearly is an unguided timer. Sit in silence or with soft rain, ocean or birdsong, and a gentle bell tells you when the time is up. If you want a narrator, this is not the app.
How long are the sessions?
Anything from 30 seconds to two hours. It starts on one minute, because the shortest session is the one that survives a bad day.
Do I need an account?
No. There is nothing to sign up for. Open it and start.
How do reminders work?
You pick the days and the time, and your iPhone schedules the notifications itself. Nothing is sent from a server, so reminders work with no network at all.
Where is my history stored?
Your sessions and reflections are kept in a database inside the app on your iPhone, not uploaded, which also means deleting the app deletes them. The app does send a few anonymous usage events, listed on the privacy page.
